Things We Know By Heart

Things We Know By Heart by Jessi Kirby has been on my reading list for a while and I picked it up quickly after it's recent release. Quinn's boyfriend Trent died in a car accident and she reaches out to the receivers of his organs, but the one who got his heart never wrote back. Desperate to move on, she goes to find him, Colton, a couple towns over, and doesn't mean to speak to him, but as fate would have it, they fall in love.

Anya's Ghost

Hey there!

Anya's Ghost by Vera Brusgol is about a Russian girl who isn't fitting in very well at school and is pretty self-conscious. She falls down an old well hole in the woods (this isn't an Alice and Wonderland rip off, I promise) and finds a skeleton while waiting to be rescued. Within the skeleton is the spirit of it's old inhabitant, and Anya desperately awaits a rescuer. Several days later, Anya sees the same ghost, Emily, and they become friends because Anya really needs that. However, Emily is not all she seems to be, and Anya has to put her in her place, once and for all. The book is actually really hard to describe without just giving away the entire plot.

Sway

Sway by Kat Spears is a pretty cute story that revolves around the main character Jesse, or Sway, growing into a person who feels things. For the past few years, life has been a series of business transactions for him: he's the town's provider for all the things they want, from students to the bowling alley owner to the principal. But, when he receives a different kind of request, one to get a girl for another guy, things get more complicated than those simple business transactions. Feelings and emotion crowd the thoughts of this small town's most successful businessman...

The Beginning of Everything

Hi... I'm sure a lot of you have already seen this, but because computers aren't foolproof, virtually all of it got deleted. I'm going to try to keep it short seeing as I can't remember specifics and you've probably already read it anyway. Thanks. I would put a smiley face right here, but I am NOT happy with my computer right now.
The Beginning of Everything by Robyn Schneider follows Ezra Faulkner as he returns to high school after a major car accident seems to ruin his tennis stardom and friendships. He rejoins old friends and a new student he may or may not be falling in love with through the debate team, secret movie screenings, and true adventures.

OCD Love Story

I'm out of this reader's block, guys! It's over! <3

OCD Love Story is about Bea learning to overcome her disorder. Her compulsions all revolve around trying to ensure the safety of others: she's extremely nervous when driving because she doesn't want to hurt anyone, she doesn't like sharp objects because she's afraid she'll go crazy and hurt someone, and worst of all, she's a stalker, because she needs to make sure that these people still exist and that nothing bad has happened to them. It all becomes knotted and she struggles to keep ties with her best friend, Lisha, and her OCD boyfriend, Beck.
